Delivery of orders is as follows:
- Spain (Peninsula): 1-7 working days.
- Spain (Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 4-10 working days.
- Europe: 5-15 working days.
Orders are prepared at the time payment has been confirmed, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 h. After hours they will be prepared the next business day. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are made.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of goods. These they will appear broken down in the summary of your purchase. Expenses are calculated depending on destination and therefore are:
- Spain (peninsula): € 3.95.
- Baleares: € 6.
- Ceuta and Melilla: € 28.
- Canary Islands: € 15.50.
- Portugal: € 6.
- Europe Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland.): € 18.
- Europe Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden.): € 18.
Shipping costs are free for purchases over € 90 (only for domestic shipments peninsula).
Customer is the sole responsible for any additional shippment cost for tariffs or any additional tax.
Can I request the shipment of an order outside Europe?
This option is not currently available. But you can contact us at email@example.com and find the best way to deliver your order.
What if I’m not at the address provided when the courier delivers the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you get in touch with him or her and set up a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the shipping address you provide us or in any of the offices of the carrier.
After another failed attempt, your order will be canceled and we will refund the amount thereof subtracting the cost of return.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
If you have not received your order after the deadline established since the confirmation of the order, please contact us via mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by the telephone numbers provided on the web.
Can I pick up my order in one of your stores?
Yes, you may pick up your order at no cost at our store, located in Ortiz de Zuniga 5, Seville. To do this, mark the “Store Pickup” option and no shipping fees will be charged to your order.
How do I change a product?
To exchange an item for another model or size you must notify us at email@example.com within 7 working days after receiving the order. Once you let us know we will instruct you how to proceed with the change. For purchases betweem December 1st and January 6th, refunds can be accepted until January 14th.
If you want to make a refund, picked at the store, and change it for another size or style you must write to firstname.lastname@example.org before 15 days after purchasing it. Once you have communicated, we will tell you how yo proceed with the refund. For purchases betweem December 1st and January 6th refund communications can be done until January 14th or later within 15 days from purchase date.
Once received in our warehouses, we check that the item is in the same condition it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original labels and original packaging, and we will then proceed to ship the product again with prepayment having been made by the customer for the new shipping and return costs and then applying the same rates that apply in paragraph 2.
Only if the return is due to errors in product management or delivery attributable to WEAREECO SL shall we proceed to repay the shipment along with the order. Otherwise, the amount of return shipping cost and the returned product will be deducted, applying the same rates that apply in 2.
To proceed with the return of an item with which you are dissatisfied, you must notify us at email@example.com within 7 working days after receipt of the request. Once communicated, we will instruct you how to make the return. For purchases done between December 1st and January 6th refund notices can be done untill January 14th.
To make a refund of an article picked up at the store you are not happy with, tell us to firstname.lastname@example.org within the next 15 days after purchasing it. For purchases done between December 1st and January 6th, refund notices can be done until January 14th or later within the next 15 days after purchase date.

How and when will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (when the returned items are checked to be in perfect condition and in the same condition in which they were sent, that have not been used, that they retain their original labels and original packaging) you will receive the payment amount in the same way that you made the payment. The amount will be credited to your account within days. Remember that the payment on your credit card or your PayPal account always depends on your bank.
The amount paid corresponds to PVP you paid for returned items.
Transportation costs (both sending and returning) will be returned only when WEAREECO is responsible for the cause of returning the product (wrong product shipping, product in poor condition, etc.).
Right of withdrawal
According to the Regulatory Distance Selling Regulations, customers in the European Union have 7 working days, counting from the date of receipt of the request to exercise the right of withdrawal on your order.
In such case, we will proceed to refund and collect the order following the above procedure.
